1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for delivery once your order has shipped.

2. How do I know my nail sizes?
You can use our sizing guide or purchase a PressedByKat sizing kit before ordering. Customers are responsible for submitting accurate sizing.

3. Do you offer custom nail sets?
Yes! 💕 We offer custom & inspo sets. Send 1–3 inspiration photos and include your preferred shape, length, colors, and details.

4. Can I request a specific design?
Absolutely! If you have a specific vision, let us know. Complex artwork, charms, or premium materials may require an additional fee.

5. Can I change my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once production begins, changes may no longer be possible.

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our nails are handmade and customized, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. Please review our full policy before ordering.

7. What if my nails arrive damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged nails and packaging so we can assist you.

8. Can I order a set I’ve seen on your social media?
Yes! 💅🏽 Send us the photo and we’ll let you know if the design is available or can be recreated.
